Bernard Hopkins lost their first fight last May of 1993. Roy Jones Jr won via Unanimous Decision on that fight. But this will be different as the two is in the different stages of their career. Hopkins is still schooling young stars, while Jones Jr just lost recently, and it was a KO loss.
